·       Managed and drafted all client communications including, emails, social postings, newsletters, and direct mail.

·       Directed large-scale lead-generating events with over 5,000 in attendance and small, more intimate events focused on special account stewardship.

·       Stewarded vendor relations for print, media, and event needs.

·       Developed client relationships and achieved a 70% success rate closing major accounts up to $100,000 from a portfolio of 60 major client prospects.

Project Management:

·       Coordinated the public release of a $2MM capital campaign. Collaborated with in-house video team, external designers, and several program departments to create marketing collateral, including video, digital, social, and direct mail pieces.
